How to check my subscription plan and renewal or expiration date?
The invoice is sent by App Store to the email that is connected to your Apple ID. If you didn't receive it, please contact the store. We sell the subscription via the app stores, so we can't issue invoices.
How are payments processed?
All transactions, including app purchases and in-app subscriptions, are processed securely by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not store your credit card information.
How can I cancel a subscription?
Since all billing is handled by Apple, you can manage or cancel your subscription through your iOS settings:
Open the Settings app.Tap your Name at the top.Tap Subscriptions.Select our app and choose Cancel Subscription.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, you must contact Apple Support directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. As developers, we do not have the authority to issue refunds for App Store transactions.

The app is crashing or won't open. What should I do?
Please try the following steps:
Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed from the App Store.Restart your iPhone or iPad.Check if your device has enough free storage space.If the issue persists, try deleting and reinstalling the app (note: this may delete local app data).
I purchased a feature, but it's not showing up.
Look for a "Restore Purchases" button within the app settings or on the upgrade screen. Tapping this will re-sync your Apple ID with the app and restore any previous purchases.
Why is the app asking for specific permissions (Camera, Photos, etc.)?
Permissions are only requested when necessary for the app's core features. You can manage these permissions at any time in Settings > [App Name].

How do I delete my account and data?
In compliance with Apple's policies, you can delete your account directly within the app settings. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent.
Is my data synced via iCloud?
[If applicable]: Yes, our apps use iCloud to keep your data synced across all your Apple devices automatically. Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID on all devices.
